Lee Nagler

Lee entered the
search field in 1977 as the founder of Nagler & Company after having
served as an officer and senior executive of leading public companies.
Before entering
consulting, Lee was Vice President of Administration for the Damon
Corporation. Prior to that, he served as Vice President of
Personnel for a venture capital building company and as Director of
Personnel for one of ITT's largest domestic subsidiaries. After
his military service, he began his career with the Jones & Laughlin
Steel Corporation, where he started as an industrial engineer. He
then moved through various personnel functions for J&L, leading to
responsibility for employment and training.
As a Managing
Director of NAGLER ROBINS
PARTNERS,
INC., Lee's clients
include companies in virtually every business sector and range from
electronics and high technology to banking and insurance and from
manufacturing to consulting. Working closely with senior
management, he has filled positions from the director to the president
and chief executive officer levels. Titles range from President,
Vice President of Manufacturing, Marketing, and Engineering to
technical/scientific specialists and Chief Financial Officers. In
each of his assignments, Lee assists his clients with their
organizational planning needs as well as their immediate search
requirements.
An honors graduate of both Boston
University and the Cleveland-Marshall College of Law at Cleveland State
University, he holds BS, MBA, and JD degrees and has been a college
instructor in psychology. He is also accredited at the highest
professional level by the Society for Human Resources Management. His
accomplishments are chronicled in Who's Who in America, Who's Who in the
East, and Who's Who in Finance & Industry.
Lee devotes much
of his practice to providing consulting and coaching to his client
management teams. In his spare time, he is an avid golfer who
frequently breaks 100 while enjoying the Florida sunshine and the view
from his office window. |
