Our History
NAGLER
ROBINS PARTNERS,
INC. was founded
in May, 1977 as Nagler & Company, Inc. by Lee Nagler. He established a
practice with the intent to raise the standard for search that he had
seen as a Human Resources executive and a consumer of the service in industry.
His early years in
business were spent building a generalist retained executive search
practice for a broad variety of industries across virtually every
function on the management team.
Jeri Robins joined
the firm in October of 1994, with a background in Marketing and Finance,
and, in May, 1995, the 18th anniversary of our founding, we restructured
Nagler & Company, renaming the firm Nagler, Robins & Poe, Inc.
Retaining all of the core competencies that enabled us to meet and
exceed client expectations historically, we added new strengths
to drive for even higher levels of performance, bringing to bear our
years of experience in internal and external executive recruitment.
In January 2004,
the firm once again underwent a name change to NAGLER
ROBINS PARTNERS,
INC. Reaching nationwide,
the firm is committed to developing a partnering relationship with each
of our clients as we identify and attract the best possible candidates
for their management team positions. Carefully managing capacity,
our goal is to make sure that we always put our clients' needs first.
The philosophy of
the firm has remained a constant over the three decades since our
founding. We hold ourselves to a high
standard of responsiveness, communication, and speed, serving as
advisors and working with our clients not only on their search
requirements, but also on the strategy for their management team
structure, future growth, and succession planning. |
